Your service is payable one month in advance. For example, if you signed up on January 12th and paid on that day you would have service from January 12th to February 12th. We bill the same way for residential and business service.
What payment options do you offer?
To pay for your first month of service we accept cheque, money order, Visa, MasterCard, telephone and internet banking and cash or debit at our office. For your second month of service and every month after that we only accept Pre-Authorized Payments from your chequing or savings account.
Why don't you mail out a monthly bill?
Our service is flat rate long distance. We have a fixed flat rate monthly fee and there are no per minute charges so there is no need to send a bill showing all the calls you made and how long you talked.
