Do I have to change phone or long distance companies?

No, our service is an "add on" service, which means you dial a local access number before you make your call. The access number is just a local 7-digit telephone number, if you want you can program it into your phones speed dial. Our service was designed this way to allow you to keep your current long distance provider for all other calls that are not in our calling area.
